Welcome to Jordan’s Library, a specialized networking and education platform on Discord. We aim to foster a community of like-minded young entrepreneurs seeking to expand their knowledge, seek guidance, and form meaningful connections. Our server is a place of learning, networking, and professional development. By accessing or using our server, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Eligibility

Our services are designed for users who are at least 18 years old. By using our server, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are able to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our server, you agree to abide by the following:

Respect all members of our community. We value diversity and expect all users to treat each other with respect and courtesy.
Do not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Any such behavior will not be tolerated.
Violence, illegal activities, or any form of nudity are strictly prohibited on our server.
You agree not to distribute stolen, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Hate speech, hate crimes, defamation, slander, or anything that could harm the reputation of others is strictly prohibited.

5. Consequences for Unacceptable Use

Violations of our acceptable use policy will first result in a warning. If the behavior continues, it will lead to a suspension without a refund. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content posted on the server that violates these rules at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on our server. By posting, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have the necessary rights to distribute it, and that by doing so, you are not infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
